Find and fix leaks in your funnel

The leak detector shows where your funnel loses money, what it costs, and the fix. Plus a prompt for feedback on your whole funnel.

1 min readUpdated

A leak is a place where people who wanted to buy didn't: a browser that can't pay, a country with no payment method that works, people who left checkout without giving you a way to reach them, follow-ups switched off.

Where to find it

  • Admin → Leaks lists what it found, biggest first. Each leak shows its numbers, what it's likely costing, the fix, and who makes it: a switch in your admin, you, or your AI (with a prompt to copy).
  • Every Monday, you get an email when there's a leak.
  • Or ask your agent:

Mark it fixed, then measure

Click Mark fixed after a change. The leak detector keeps measuring and shows whether the fix worked.

Feedback on your whole funnel

Under the funnel strip, Copy the feedback prompt gives you one message to paste into any AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). It holds your site's address, what you sell and your numbers (counts only, no personal data), and asks for what's working, the three biggest problems in money, a review of the page itself on a phone, and one test to run next.

FAQ

It finds nothing on my new site.

Leaks are only called once a group has enough visitors to be sure. On a new site, start with the feedback prompt: it leans on a review of your page until the numbers fill in.
