Test everything before you go live
Your agent runs the whole purchase on your computer with fake payments. Here's how to try it yourself.
Before anything goes online, your agent runs your site on your computer with a fake Stripe that "pays" instantly. It tests checkout, offers, the download page, files, the course and refunds automatically, and fixes anything that fails.
Try it as a customer
Ask your agent:
Start my site locally and give me the link so I can try it as a customer.Open the link (usually http://localhost:8787), click a buy button and go through the whole thing: checkout, any offers, the download page.
Open your admin
Go to http://localhost:8787/admin/login and type your admin email. On your computer there's no email, so the page shows the sign-in link right there.
Then test it live, still with fake money
Once your accounts are connected, your agent puts the site live in Stripe's test mode. Buy with Stripe's test card 4242 4242 4242 4242 (any future date, any CVC) and check the download page, the email and your admin. Orders under $5 count as tests and are left out of your reports.
